Dog shows... More than just a beauty contest!

I turned six months old just in time for the Bahia Sur Kennel Club Dog Show. We were so nervous for our debut! I showed beautifully, though, and my owner was not too clumsy. We were alone in the breed, but you can tell by our smiles that we didn’t mind!

At the last minute, my owner found out about and decided to enter the dog shows up in Dixon, California. This was a six-hour drive: our longest ever for a show! The trip was worth it, as the weekend was beautiful, the company grand and we picked up our first major!
